Invicta Executive Solutions was founded by Dean Spence, a recognised leader with decades of experience across state and federal government, defence, and private industry.
After serving as Senior Associate Director for Defence NSW, working with state ministers and national defence leaders, Dean launched Invicta Executive to provide personalised, agile consulting that cuts through bureaucracy and delivers meaningful outcomes.
